Applied Research
The SETsquared Partnership-UC Irvine/UC San Diego collaboration focuses on three areas of research:
- Bioengineering/Stem Cells (workshop in Bath, UK, September 2006)
- Wireless Communications (workshop in Bath, UK, December 2006)
- Sustainable Environment (workshop at UC San Diego, October 2007).
Several of the collaborations developed through this series of workshops have received bid development awards from the Science Bridge Program grant.
